ABOUT MY PRACTICE

I am a licensed clinical social worker with nearly a decade of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, family conflict, and major life transitions. I am genuinely curious about people and interested in how family, culture, past experiences, and larger systems shape the way we understand ourselves and relate to others.
My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I believe therapy should provide a space where you feel heard and accepted while also helping you recognize patterns, strengthen boundaries, and make meaningful changes. I use evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches and tailor our work to your individual needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all method.
I maintain a non-religious, sex-positive, and kink-knowledgeable practice. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and strive to offer therapy that is thoughtful, practical, affirming, and grounded in respect for your values and autonomy.
